Process
Step 1
Preparing the substrate is the key to a succesfull floor. Repairing any cracks within the concrete prior to diamond gringing the surface to remove any stainst or chemicals and creating a perfect mechanical bond for propper installation of the floor coating.
Step 2
Installation of the Prime coat and intermediate coat Epoxy. It is important that the quality of the epoxy is high to ensure longevity of the installation. We Can then broadcast decorative flakes and ensure an even distribution to your floor for a decorative finish.
Step 3
The final step is the most important. To ensure your epoxy floor is protected from UV light and to avoid yellowing of the epoxy. Our technicians will apply a polyaspartic clear top coat which will protect your floor for many years to come and ensure maximum resistance to abrasion
